Services and process

I offer the complete range of services to help you make your vision for your project a reality. I work following this tried and true process:

Initial Consultation
We discuss your ideas, vision, family’s needs, style and functions. We do a site assessment and map out constraints. After the consultation, I assess the scope of the project and prepare a quote. Once you give the go-ahead, we move onto the next step.Concept Plans
I start with preparing a floor plan and different views of the exterior of the house. This will be sent back to you for review. We continue this process until you are happy with the concepts.Fine Tuning
Once the concepts are approved, I proceed with fine tuning the floor plans and exterior views and start creating the basement layout and exterior elevations in CAD. At this point, I also contact your general Contractor to share ideas. The fine-tuned drawings are sent to you for approval. At this stage, I can also include 3D Renderings, which allow you to see your space in 3D as you were walking through your finished project.Architectural Drawings
Now that your design is finalized, I start working on the final drawings. These will be made in correspondence with your general Contractor. The finished product is a full set of working drawings for quoting by your general contractor and as a submittal to the township. This package will include exterior elevations, foundation plan, all floor plans, building sections and typical construction details. Additional drawings can include interior elevations, electrical plans and a general Site plan.
